titleThe original weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time. This 60-minute workout shapes and tones muscles, improves general fitness, increases bone density and burns up to 560 calories per class! This class will help you get the results you came for – and fast! Blows away P90X and every infomercial you have ever seen. Equipment used includes Barbell, Plates, and Height Adjustable Step. Intensity: Moderate to High.

A challenging mix of Martial Arts and endurance, unleashing strength you never knew you had.
Length: 55 Minutes.  Intensity: Moderate to High.
Type: Martial Arts inspired cardio.  Burn Rate: Up to 545 calories.
Results: Tones & Shapes,Increases Strength & Endurance, Builds Self-Confidence


alt SPINNING® : Invigorating music, motivating instructors and visualization come together to make SPINNING® both fun and incredibly effective. There are no complicated moves to learn and you can’t get left behind. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you'll get a great workout. Hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that's right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible 45 minute, simulated ride.  Lifestyle Fitness is the only licensed SPINNING® facility in Missoula.

“Xpress” Classes: Just enough work to fit inside of your lunch-break or when you're short on time. BodyPump Xpress is 45 minutes while the Spin Sprint is a 30 minute ride.

altLes Mills BodyFlow: A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Length - 55 mins. Burn Rate: Up to 340 calories. Improves Joint Flexibility & Range of Motion, Tones & shapes, Enhances Mental Wellbeing.

 

Red Hot Dance Fitness - Simple, but seriously hot dance moves set to chart-topping popular dance music that’s heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world. A fun and sociable way to exercise.


 

Kids' Dance party and Creative Movement.  All the fun of a Dance Fitness Class, but packaged and tailored to the kiddos!  They'll be asking for nightly kitchen dance parties after a few of these classes!  Membership is not required.  Kids Club Rates apply.

Team Training is Personal Training in a small group. Not only do you receive an incredible workout by a Certified Personal Trainer, but you will also receive nutritional guidance, accountability, measurements as well as guided goal setting.  This is an affordable way to get the knowledge you need to help you succeed.  Team Training is $8-20/session depending on trainer, availability and time-slot.
